海角乱伦社区 International Center for Music Concert to Feature World-Renowned Pianist Behzod Abduraimov
April 1, 2026 鈥� The 海角乱伦社区 鈥檚 2025-26 concert season will come to a conclusion on Friday, May 1, as international superstar pianist and 2013 Park ICM graduate performs at the 1900 Building in Mission Woods, Kan., starting at 7:30 p.m.
Described by The New York Times as the 鈥渕aster of all he surveys,鈥� Abduraimov鈥檚 captivating performances continue to receive international praise. Abduraimov, who serves as the Park ICM artist-in-residence, won the London International Piano Competition in 2009 just two years after beginning his studies under Park ICM artistic director and internationally acclaimed pianist .
Following his professional debut success at Carnegie Hall in 2015, Abduraimov has had a meteoric rise to stardom in the classical music world, performing with leading orchestras worldwide. Abduraimov鈥檚 critically acclaimed recordings have won numerous international awards including the Choc de Classica and Diapason De虂couverte. 鈥淪hadows of My Ancestors,鈥� his second recital recording for Alpha Classics released in January 2024, was recognized as a Gramophone Editor鈥檚 Choice, shortlisted for a Gramophone Award, and named one of Apple Music鈥檚 鈥�10 Classical Albums You Must Hear This Month.鈥� In 2020, two of his albums were nominated for the 2020 Opus Klassik awards in multiple categories.
