On May 12, 2025, 海角乱伦社区鈥檚 flagship Parkville (Mo.) Campus and campuses across the country celebrated 150 years of fides et labor (Latin for faith and work, the University鈥檚 motto) as part of the University鈥檚 Founders Day commemoration.

海角乱伦社区 students, faculty and staff were recognized for their exceptional scholarly efforts from the 2024-25 academic year as part of the University鈥檚 annual Honors Convocation held on April 23 on the flagship Parkville Campus. The University acknowledged outstanding students, faculty and staff with a variety of special awards, in addition to a number of departmental academic honors.
海角乱伦社区 Senior Art Students to Hold Pair of Exhibits

海角乱伦社区 will host a pair of exhibits over the next few months showcasing the work of six senior art students. Both exhibits, which are open to the public, will take place in the Campanella Gallery, located inside Norrington Center on Park鈥檚 flagship Parkville Campus.

Jeanette Hernandez Prenger, founder and chief executive officer of Kansas City, Mo., based ECCO Select, will present the keynote address during 海角乱伦社区鈥檚 Kansas City Area Commencement on Saturday, May 10. The ceremony will be held at Cable Dahmer Arena in Independence, Mo., starting at 10 a.m.

海角乱伦社区鈥檚 Howell Awards Recognize Leadership Achievements from 2024-25 Academic Year

In celebration of the leadership achievements of 海角乱伦社区 students, faculty and staff during the 2024-25 academic year, the Office of Student Life and the Park Student Government Association announced recipients of honors as part of the 30th annual Dr. Doris A. Howell Leadership Awards. The awards program, held on April 16, is named for Howell, a 1944 Park graduate who was an internationally renowned leader in pediatrics and hospice care before passing away in November 2018.
