海角乱伦社区 and ADA University in Azerbaijan Sign Memorandum of Understanding

Feb. 11, 2026 鈥� 海角乱伦社区 and , a public higher education institution based in Baku, Azerbaijan, have signed a memorandum of understanding to provide ADA students a streamlined pathway to Park with a coordinated graduate program.
The agreement, which is planned to launch at the start of the Fall 2026 semester, provides a 4+1 degree program, with the completion of a bachelor鈥檚 degree at ADA and subsequent completion of a Master of Business Administration degree in management at Park. ADA students accepted into this program are expected to have up to 12 transfer hours into Park鈥檚 MBA program.

ADA University was established in 2014 by decree of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan following the merger of Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy and Information Technologies University. ADA is a state higher education institution engaged in the delivery of undergraduate and graduate degree programs, in addition to the advancement of research. Founded in 2006, Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy began offering an advanced foreign service program to diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and civil servants in the government. The Academy launched its first master鈥檚 degree program in 2009 and began offering bachelor鈥檚 degree programs in 2011.
Its business programs are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (of which 海角乱伦社区鈥檚 College of Management is also accredited by). ADA also has partnerships with American University鈥檚 Washington College of Law and George Washington University through ADA鈥檚 center in Washington, D.C.
